Lily is a pretty, short-haired, young adult, calico/tabby mix. She is spayed and up-to-date on her vaccinations. Lily, her mom Fern, and her brother Basil, and sister Thorn, were living outside near a busy garden center. A person concerned about their welfare reached out to have them trapped. It was immediately apparent that Fern was friendly with people. Fern's babies, having been born outside, did not have as much exposure with people. A foster home was found for the babies and they have blossomed nicely with the love and attention they have received. Lily is very energetic and sassy. She loves to play. As Lily is young and playful, she will need toys and interactive play (wand toys, laser light) to keep her entertained. Lily enjoys the companionship of her sister Thorn. They are often playing with one another. (Basil has been adopted.) It is preferred that Lily be placed in a home with Thorn or perhaps another young or friendly cat for companionship. The ideal home for Lily is one that will give her the patience, love, and security she deserves.
