Maggie May is a lovely, short-haired, calico female. She is spayed and up-to-date on her vaccinations. A quirk of Maggie May's is that her tongue is often hanging out of her mouth. Maggie May has been seeking her own home for a while. She was taken in and fostered in a home with a large number of other cats. Because of the over-crowding, Maggie May was not able to receive a lot of one-on-one attention, and the cats were not given much opportunity to be adopted into homes of their own. Maggie May has changed foster homes and now receives more attention. She is shy with people and needs time to get to know human friends. Maggie May is very playful. She likes interactive play (wand toys and a laser light), but also will play independently. Maggie May can often be found near Rod Stewart, or with the younger crowd of Remy, Leon, Cassie, and Meredith, who seem to look up to her. Since she enjoys the companionship of other cats, it is preferred that Maggie May be placed in a home with another friendly cat. The ideal home for Maggie May is one that will spend time interacting with her, be patient, and give her lots of love and a place to lounge.
