Midge is a sweet, short-haired, dilute calico female. She is spayed and up-to-date on her vaccinations. Midge spent most of her life on the streets in Bridgeport with her cat family (Catherine, Mary, Eliza, and Freeman). As the run-down house that was their shelter was scheduled for fixing, their human caretaker found them a foster home. Midge quickly learned it was nice to be safe, warm, and dry. She also realized she likes attention from people and enjoys being petted. As Midge is older, she is very easy-going, and would love to be someone's companion in a quieter lifestyle. But, Midge does enjoy interactive playtime with wand toys and would love some action, and may react with her unique cry to successful catches. Midge is accustomed to the companionship of other cats, and would probably enjoy the company of another laid-back cat, but could possibly be placed in a home of her own as long as she is not alone for long periods. The ideal home for Midge is one that will enjoy her companionship and give her lots of love.
