Domestic Long Hair - Brown - Louie - Large - Adult - Male - Cat
Louie is a striking, long-haired, brown/black and white, tabby male. He is neutered and up-to-date on his vaccinations. He has big, expressive eyes, and a crinkled (cauliflower) left ear (most likely from scratching due to a past ear infection). Louie has been shy with people but started showing an interest in greeting familiar people, and just needed to become more confident and get himself past his fear of being touched. It was believed he would enjoy being petted once he cleared his own hurdle. Louie now lets people friends pet him and brush him and he really does enjoy it. He looks forward to being greeted and stroked. His confidence and comfort grows more everyday. Louie loves to play and looks forward to interactive playtime (with wand toys and a laser light). As Louie has long hair, his coat will need regular brushing to prevent matting. Louie likes the company of other cats. It is preferred that Louie be placed in a home with another friendly or laid-back cat for companionship. The ideal home for Louie is one that will spend time interacting with him, is patient, and gives him lots of love as he continues to grow with his newly found confidence.
